Orders & Payment

Ordering 

Online Store orders can be completed online using a credit or debit card of your choice.

For orders from my Collections or to commission an item, please contact me. I will send you further information about the design process. We can arrange a convenient time to speak or meet up to discuss your desired piece, choose gemstones and refine sizing.

Payment 

For orders from the Online Store or my Collections – 100% payment is required at the time of order.

For Commissions – 50% of payment is required to commence work and 50% on completion. 

Payment Methods

Bank Transfer – I will email you my bank details on receipt of your order. Please note that your order will not be dispatched until your payment clears.

Credit or Debit Card – available for orders through the Online Store. Please let me know if you would rather pay by Bank Transfer.

PayPal – I will send you a PayPal invoice, which you can pay by your choice of methods (including credit/debit card or bank account). Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal. As present, PayPal charges 4% to process these payments, and regrettably, this will be added to the purchase price of your items.
